Corporate Social Responsibility
Through PIMS, Pentair’s materials management process helps us to reduce and eliminate waste and maximize the use of natural resources. To date, approximately 50 percent of Pentair manufacturing sites have achieved zero landfill status, which is achieved by avoiding, recycling, or reusing all scrap and waste materials that would normally be sent to landfills. In 2008, Pentair also committed to being 100 percent bottled water free within our facilities.
It’s official! The separation of Pentair’s Water and Electrical businesses into two publicly traded companies is now complete. The press release announcing the completion of the separation can be accessed in the Investor Relations section of this website. A new Pentair.com website experience will be launching shortly.
