Randall J. Hogan
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Randall J. Hogan was named Pentair’s chief executive officer in 2001 and was appointed chairman in 2002. He first joined Pentair in 1998 as executive vice president and president of the Enclosures Group (now known as Pentair Electrical). Prior to Pentair, Hogan was president of United Technologies’ Carrier Transicold Division. He also held leadership roles at the Pratt & Whitney division of United Technologies, General Electric and McKinsey & Company. Hogan serves as a director of Medtronic plc where he is also a member of the Audit and Finance committees. Hogan holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
John L. Stauch
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
John L. Stauch was named Pentair's chief financial officer in 2007. Prior to joining Pentair, he served as chief financial officer of the automation and control systems unit of Honeywell International Inc. Previously, he held a series of executive, investor relations and managerial finance roles with Honeywell International Inc. and its predecessor AlliedSignal Inc. He also served as chief financial officer and IT director of PerkinElmer Optoelectronics. Stauch serves as a director of Deluxe where he is currently the chair of the Audit committee and member of the Finance committee. Stauch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
Mark C. Borin
Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer
Mark C. Borin was named Pentair's corporate controller and chief accounting officer in 2008. Prior to Pentair he served as audit partner with KPMG and was a member of the firm for 19 years. At KPMG, Borin's list of clients included large, multi-national companies in the automotive, energy, real estate and transportation industries. Borin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Karl R. Frykman
Senior Vice President, President, Water
Karl R. Frykman was named Pentair's senior vice president and president of its Water segment in 2017. He previously served as president of Pentair's Water Quality Systems global business unit, and also led the Aquatic Systems business, both now a part of the Water segment. Prior to joining Pentair, Frykman served as vice president of operations for American Products, vice president of research and development and manufacturing for Anthony Pools, and vice president of Poolsaver. Frykman holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
John Jacko
Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
John Jacko was named Pentair’s senior vice president and chief marketing officer in 2017. Prior to joining Pentair, he was vice president and chief marketing officer of Kennametal. Previously, Jacko was senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Flowserve Corporation, and also spent more than 20 years at Honeywell Aerospace (formerly Allied Signal) gaining experience and increasing leadership responsibility across a broad spectrum of product management, marketing and sales. Jacko holds an MBA from the University of New Haven, Connecticut, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Connecticut.
Angela D. Jilek
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Angela D. Jilek was named Pentair's senior vice president, general counsel and secretary in 2010. She previously served as Pentair's assistant general counsel from 2002 to 2010. Prior to joining Pentair, Jilek was a shareholder and officer at Henson & Efron, P.A. She began her career as an associate attorney at Felhaber Larson Fenlon & Vogt, P.A. Jilek graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and summa cum laude from Concordia College where she earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and German.
BETH WOZNIAK
Senior Vice President, President, Electrical
Beth Wozniak was named Pentair's senior vice president and president of its Electrical segment in 2017. She previously served as president of Pentair's Flow & Filtration Solutions global business unit, now a part of the Water segment. Prior to joining Pentair in 2015, Wozniak held several leadership and program management positions at Honeywell and its predecessor AlliedSignal. She was most recently president of Honeywell’s Environmental and Combustion Controls business. Previously, she held several executive positions at Honeywell including president of its Sensing and Control business; vice president of Business Integration; vice president of Six Sigma; and vice president of Engineering and Program Management. Wozniak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and an MBA from York University in Toronto.
